THE DIALECTS OF THE KUBACHI LANGUAGE: HISTORICAL DESTINIES AND ETHNOCULTURE OF THEIR SPEAKERS

The article deals with the characteristics of the dialects (patois) of the Kubachi language, the ethnocultural de-velopment of the native speakers of them. We are talking about the Sulevkent and Ashty dialects of the Kubachi language, the native speakers of which historically lived in Sulevkent and Ashty villages located near Kubachi (Anchibachi). At the end of the XIII century residents of Ashty were detached to the north-west of Kubachi, on the border of Kazikumukh Khanate. And residents of Sulevkent in 1944 were forcibly settled out into the territory of Chechnya, and then in 1957 they returned to the area of modern Khasavyurt district.
